First of all, a main goal of a leader is not only a figurehead, nor just simply a spokesman but someone who leads and manage a group or organisation.He/she will be the person who guides, directs and pushes the group to their desired goals.
A leader have to disseminate informations to their employees(managers), further spread the important message and information to the rest of the company. He or she is someone who’s able to disseminate information without having to do everything him/herself, but having his employees to follow his lead with his direct instructions. Therefore, having excellent communication skills is a crucial key to an effective leadership.
I agree with you! I believe having good communications, initiative and management is what a leader should possess. Employees will definitely build trust in these leaders.
